What it removes

  • Surface rust
  • Black rust (magnetite)
  • Red rust (hematite)
  • Other metal oxides (to a certain extent)

Where it is used

  • Cooling systems
  • Heat exchangers
  • Heating systems
  • Tanks
  • Water pipes
  • Other waterborne systems
  • Boilers
  • CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) operations
  • Cleaning baths
  • Metal components affected by black or red rust

Material notes

  • pH-neutral and non-corrosive to most materials, including carbon steel.
  • Contains Bio Gen Active®, chelating agents, and phosphonic acids.
  • Minimal impact on lime deposits, focusing primarily on rust and metal oxides.
  • Requires carbon steel in solution for optimal performance.
  • Storage: keep frost-free to maintain product efficacy.
  • Expiry: 3 years unopened.

How to use

  1. 1Shake well before use.
  2. 2Dilute 1:19 with water.
  3. 3CIP cleaning: circulate the solution at 20-40°C for 12-48 hours in systems containing carbon steel.
  4. 4Manual cleaning: for cleaning baths, submerge rusted components in the prepared solution for the recommended duration.
  5. 5Rinse the system or components thoroughly with clean water after use.
